This package includes one ticket and a double hotel room. (Please note the hotel is non-refundable).

FAQs

What is included in the ticket price?

All tickets include a basic offer of:

Entry to event
Arrival drink
3 Course meal, plus Tea/coffee
Car Parking in Breedon Stand car park.

On the Legends / champions tables you also receive:

Legends tables include a guest rugby player.
Champions tables include a World Cup Winner plus 45-minute meet and greet with players.

If I book the hotel package and need to cancel – can I get a refund?

World After Sport will endeavour to provide a refund of the event tickets (£120pp) from within your package, however the hotel policy is a non-refundable hotel stay, which is out of control of World After Sport.

Can I upgrade my tickets/tables?

Yes – depending on availability you can change your tickets should you want a table and you can upgrade your table – incurring the difference in cost which would need to be paid immediately.

Can I film the event?

We are happy for people to record snippets of the event, but we would not allow lengthy filming periods.

What if I, or one of my table has dietary requirements?

We would ask you to please let us know at your earliest opportunity, so we can capture this and advise the catering team.

What is the dress code?

We want everyone to be comfortable, so we would suggest smart casual, but should you wish to dress smarter we would be delighted to welcome you.

No ripped jeans, t-shirts etc.
